나는 또 한 해를 마무리하고 있는 92년생의 꿈꾸는 중년 MZ세대이다. 2022년의 가장 뜨거웠던 단어 중 하나가 바로 MZ세대다. 사전적 의미로는 1980년대 초~2000년대 초에 출생한 세대를 통칭하는 말이지만, 사실상 이들을 모두 묶기에는 공감대나 사고의 방향, 관심사 등이 다소 차이가 있다. 나는 92년생 남자로서, 이들의 중심에 있으면서도 넓은 의미로 기성세대와 젊은 MZ세대의 중간 지점에 있는 세대이다. 이게 바로 내가 중년 MZ세대라고 일컫는 이유다. MZ세대이나 무언가 애늙은이 같은 느낌, 기성세대라고 하기에는 그들이 경험했던 고생과 시대적 혜택들을 가지고 있지 못하다.
그럼에도 불구하고 난 나의 포지션에서 최선을 다 하고 발전하는 삶을 살아보고자 한다. 그래서 블로그를 시작했고 블로그를 통해 이루고자 하는 궁극적인 목적은 '더 나은 삶' 이다. '더 나은 삶'은 정신적이고 물질적인 모든 발전과 안녕을 뜻한다. 다양한 주제를 다뤄 볼 것이고 경계를 만들지 않을 것이다. 중년 MZ세대가 가지는 장점과 짊어진 고난들을 가지고 더 나은 삶을 위해 계속 달려보고자 한다. 그래서 이름을 꿈꾸는 중년 MZ, MZ Dreamer라고 정한다.
I'm a middle-aged MZ generation born in 1992 wrapping up annother year, calling myself 'MZ Dreamer'. One of the hottest words of 2022 is the MZ generation which means the whole poeple including Millennials+ Z Gen. (born in early 1980s ~ early 2000s) though there're so many differences such as bond of sympathy, the way they think and interests etc. among them. I'm in the middle of MZ Gen. and also between the older Gen. & young MZ Gen. That's why I call myself middle-aged MZ Gen. Sort of old for MZ Gen. but not older Gen. because I couldn't experience suffer they went through and also benefits of the time they enjoyed.
Nevertheless I'll do my best in my position to make my life better. To make it come true, I started my blog. The ultimate goal I wanna achieve through this blog is 'a better life' which includes every development of material&spiritual aspects. I'll cover diverse topics without any boundary and keep running for a better life with the strengths and difficulties all middle-aged MZ Gen. have. So I decide to make this blog name as MZ Dreamer.

1. wrap up: 포장하다/싸다/끝내다/마무리하다. 어떤 물건을 포장해서 싸는 의미도 있지만 어떤 상황이나 기간을 마무리 하는 의미로 사용됩니다. ex) Let's wrap up this meeting and see you tomorrow. / Having dinner with my familly is my favorite thing to wrap up the weekends.
2. go through: 지나다/살피다/겪다/거치다. 본문에 쓰인 의미는 겪다/경험하다 의미로 사용되었으며, 실제로 구어체로 자주 쓰이는 표현입니다. ex) This is what I'v been going through. / Did you go through theh whole process?
3. achieve: 달성하다/해내다. 본 동사는 오랜 노력과 기간 끝에 원했던 것을 달성하고 이루는 의미가 강합니다. 따라서 goal, success, wish, 장기간 소요되는 프로젝트도 등과 잘 어울립니다. ex) We need to work hard to achieve our annual goal. / America is struggling to achieve the target of 2~3% inflation rate.
